Senior Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and communication-oriented professional to support the C-suite leadership team in a growing and fast-paced environment. This role will focus on executive support fundamentals, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting logistics, and follow-through on leadership team priorities.
This position is ideal for a high-potential professional who has experience in project coordination or operations and is looking to grow into a broader strategic support role over time. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and help drive organization, accountability, and communication across key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for C-suite leaders. Organize ELT meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, notes, and action-item tracking

Monitor and follow up on action items and priorities established by executive leadership

Support communication and coordination across departments and project teams

Assist with executive presentations, reports, and internal communications as needed

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters

Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes
Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, operations, or a related role

Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment

Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills

Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-functional teams preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, expense management, and scheduling tools

Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability
