Collaborate closely with video editors, designers, and media buyers.
Provide leadership and mentorship across the creative function.
Research competitors and bring forward fresh, disruptive ideas.

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years in creative strategy (DTC/e-commerce strongly preferred).
Track record of high-performing ad concepts that scaled profitably.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, and performance creative best practices.
Experience managing creative teams or freelancers.
Data-driven mindset paired with strong storytelling skills.
