- Support knowledge transfer and onboarding for offshore or distributed AP teams.
- Partner closely with the Controller and Finance team to support month-end close and reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and system enhancements.
What Success Looks Like
- AP processes are stabilized, documented, and running efficiently.
- Backlogs are cleared and workflows are optimized.

- Improved visibility, accuracy, and timeliness across AP operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable leadership or management roles.
- Background in consumer, retail, or eCommerce industries preferred.
- Strong experience working with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to step into complex or disorganized environments and quickly drive structure and improvements.
- Experience supporting process transitions, offshoring, or scaling finance operations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
