About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Influencer Operations & Admin Support

partner to help keep our influencer and community programs running smoothly behind the

scenes. This role is focused on administrative support, sourcing, tracking, and fulfillment

operations.

You’ll work closely with our in-house Influencer and Community teams to ensure accurate

tracking, timely fulfillment, and clean systems that support large-scale influencer seeding and

partnerships. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structured workflows, loves

spreadsheets and systems, and takes pride in keeping things organized and error-free.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Admin Support

Support creator and influencer sourcing by identifying profiles that meet provided criteria
Support outreach as needed
Maintain and update influencer databases, trackers, and CRM tools
Log creator details, social handles, addresses, deliverables, and notes accurately
Assist with campaign setup and backend coordination based on internal briefs

Product Seeding & Order Fulfillment

Tracking, Logging & Reporting

Log influencer posts, content links, and basic performance metrics into trackers
Maintain up-to-date campaign logs and status dashboards
Support weekly and monthly reporting by ensuring data is clean and complete

Cross-Functional & Team Support

Partner with Influencer, Community, and Operations teams to support day-to-day execution
Follow established SOPs and workflows while flagging areas for improvement
Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks tied to influencer and community programs

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in administrative support, influencer marketing operations, creator partnerships, or a similar coordination-focused role
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
High proficiency in spreadsheets and tracking tools (Google Sheets / Excel); comfortable managing large datasets
Experience maintaining databases, trackers, or CRM tools with clean and consistent data
Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Comfortable sourcing and reviewing creator profiles based on defined criteria
Experience supporting outreach, order processing, or fulfillment workflows is a plus
Ability to track shipments, delivery statuses, and flag discrepancies or issues promptly
Strong written communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
