Overview:

We are in need of retouching support to help expand final image output and reduce internal bottlenecks around markup and revisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Retouch beauty, product, and campaign imagery to premium brand standards.
• Work from internal markups and feedback to execute revisions accurately.
• Handle both **markup-based edits** and final retouching workflows.
• Prepare polished final files for marketing, ecommerce, and social use.
• Maintain consistency across assets, skin tones, product textures, and lighting. **Ideal Background**
• Strong experience retouching for **beauty, skincare, fashion, or luxury brands**.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable receiving detailed creative feedback and turning revisions quickly.
• Able to follow brand standards closely.

**Preferred Skills**

• High-volume retouching experience.
• Experience working with premium/luxury brands.
• Strong communication and reliable turnaround times.

Requirements

• Advanced beauty and product retouching skills to premium brand standards
• Strong ability to execute markup-based revisions accurately and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with skin tones, textures, and lighting
• Proven experience in photo retouching for e-commerce and lifestyle imagery.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
• Experience working with Capture One and other professional photo editing tools.
• A strong eye for color accuracy, consistency and fine details.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including photography, social media, and marketing

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with fast-paced e-commerce or digital brands.
• Familiarity with workflows involving high volumes of imagery.
