Overview
We are seeking a SaaS Marketing Lead to own and scale the company’s marketing and social presence. This role will be responsible for driving awareness, demand generation, and brand positioning across key digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—capable of building a marketing engine from the ground up while actively managing campaigns, content, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Own and execute the overall marketing strategy.
Develop and manage campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
Identify and prioritize high-impact growth channels
Social Media & Content
Lead our social presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Develop and execute a consistent content strategy aligned with brand and growth goals
Create or oversee the creation of high-quality content (posts, threads, visuals, short-form content)
Stay on top of trends and adapt messaging to maximize reach and engagement
Demand Generation & Growth
Build and optimize lead generation funnels
Launch and manage paid and organic campaigns to drive inbound demand
Partner with sales to improve conversion across the funnel
Analytics & Performance
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, CAC)
Use data to continuously optimize campaigns and messaging
Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks
Brand & Positioning
Refine and strengthen our brand voice and positioning
Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams
Align marketing initiatives with product launches and company objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong experience managing social media and content-driven growth
- Hands-on experience with demand generation and funnel optimization
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools (CRM, analytics, automation platforms)
- Experience building marketing functions from scratch
