About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Lead the strategic direction, operational performance, and cross-functional alignment of the company's entire logistics and fulfillment ecosystem. Drive transformational improvements in core supply chain KPIs (cost, speed, and reliability) while building robust partner relationships and championing a data-driven, customer-centric post-purchase experience.

What you will do

Achieve a breakthrough reduction in the overall Cost-Per-Shipment (CPS) across all fulfillment channels by strategically optimizing our carrier network and successfully designing and implementing efficient Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Significantly improve and sustain the On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance throughout the system. This must involve defining and executing an operational roadmap to diagnose, eliminate, and implement controls against critical bottlenecks within the Latin American logistics landscape.
Establish a rigorous data governance and performance monitoring framework for logistics KPIs. This includes creating and championing the adoption of a unified dashboard used by leadership and operations teams to drive continuous, data-informed improvements.
Lead the strategic assessment and successful integration of key new third-party logistics (3PL) partners or fulfillment models that significantly expand our operational capacity and improve speed-to-customer in target regions.
Transform the post-purchase Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score related to delivery and fulfillment by championing customer-centric initiatives (e.g., proactive communication and improved returns processes) and driving their priority and execution across internal product and CX teams.

What we’re looking for

Demonstrates strategic Design Ownership

Experience & Domain: Minimum 5+ years as a Product Designer, with significant experience in Fintech, Banking, or complex financial services (B2C or B2B2C).
Strategic Thinking, proven ability to translate ambiguous business goals and financial requirements into a clear, long-term design vision and actionable roadmap.
Demonstrated track record of leading the full design lifecycle, from initial research and concepting through final pixel polish, launch, and post-launch iteration based on performance data.
Acts as a self-starter who proactively identifies revenue/engagement opportunities or risks and drives solutions without extensive prompting.

Advanced UX/UI Craft & Systemic Thinking

Strong proficiency in high-fidelity prototyping, advanced interaction design, and using Figma for both high-fidelity mockups and systemic component management.
Deep understanding of holistic user flows across complex financial funnels (UX) and the ability to design interfaces for regulated, high-stakes transactions.
Proven ability to define, evolve, and implement components and principles within a Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple product streams.
Expertise in designing and analyzing usability tests, interpreting data analytics, and translating quantitative/qualitative research insights into actionable, prioritized design decisions.

Possesses Stakeholder Influence & Cross-Functional Partnership

Acts as a strong user advocate, capable of clearly articulating design vision, user needs, and project risks to senior leadership, Engineering, and Product Management.
Proven ability to build trust and consensus across disciplines, guiding cross-functional teams toward the optimal user outcome while managing competing business/technical constraints.
Exceptional skill in soliciting, filtering, and synthesizing constructive feedback from diverse stakeholders into focused, iterative design improvements.

How the hiring process looks like

We believe in a fast, transparent, and engaging hiring experience that allows both you and us to determine if there's a great fit. Here’s what our process looks like:

Step 1: People Interview (30 min)
A conversation with a recruiter to get to know you, your experience, and what you're looking for. We’ll also share more about Addi, our culture, and the role.
Step 2: Initial Interview (45 min)
A more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.
Step 3: Deep Dive interview (45 min)
You'll meet future colleagues and cross-functional team members to get a feel for how we work together. We’re looking for strong contributors and cultural fits, so bring your questions, too!
Step 4: Stakeholder Interview (45 min)
A conversation with your Product Director to discuss product strategy, technical trade-offs, and collaboration. Be ready to showcase how your design decisions and product delivery align with business and user needs.
Step 5: Co-Founder Interview (30 min)
If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with our Founder to align on expectations, cultural fit and ensure mutual excitement. From there, we’ll move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.
