Talent Sourcer
Alternative Payments is building the financial operating system for SMBs, consolidating the disconnected tech stack that holds service-based businesses back. Starting with MSPs, we've spent five years perfecting accounts receivable, and we're now expanding into accounts payable, AI-powered analytics, and beyond. We're at an inflection point: closing the loop on money movement and laying the foundation for a platform that will reshape how service businesses operate financially.
We're growing fast, thinking big, and building a global team that wants to be part of something that lasts. We believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives, deep collaboration, and a shared obsession with customer impact. If you're energized by real problems, real customers, and real impact, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our People team on a 6-month contract basis (with possibility to extend) and help us build stronger, higher-quality candidate pipelines. You'll own a top-of-funnel strategy, partnering directly with hiring managers across engineering, product, sales, and operations, and help us move faster without sacrificing quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on top-of-funnel ownership, creative problem-solving, and working in a fast-moving environment where context shifts and priorities change. You'll bring both the craft of sourcing and the communication skills to work effectively across a distributed, English-first team.
This role is available to candidates based in Brazil (Remote).
What You’ll Do
Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for both technical roles (engineers, product managers) and non-technical roles (sales, operations, CS).
Deliver qualified, well-screened candidate slates that reduce noise and increase hiring team focus.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate continuously based on feedback.
Write compelling, personalized outreach that resonates with candidates across different profiles and markets.
Use AI-powered tools to optimize sourcing workflows and increase throughput without sacrificing quality.
Track sourcing and market metrics and iterate on pipeline health based on data.
Adapt quickly as priorities shift — we run lean and move fast.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical roles and non-technical roles.
Professional-level English. You'll communicate directly with global hiring managers and work in an English-first environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple open roles simultaneously.
Scrappy and resourceful: you know how to get creative when traditional channels aren't converting.
Comfortable using AI tools beyond LinkedIn for sourcing, such as Claude or other tools that help you scale and optimize your work.
Adaptable to shifting priorities and changing contexts.
A collaborative partner who communicates proactively and keeps stakeholders informed.
Nice to Haves
Experience sourcing for roles in the US and/or Canada.
Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms.
Background in FinTech, payments, or B2B SaaS environments
Experience working in or with distributed, international teams.

Competitive salary tailored to your experience, skills, and expertise.
