AI Systems Builder (Real Estate-Focused)

As an AI Systems Builder focused on real estate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative AI-powered tools and platforms that streamline operations and enhance agent productivity.

In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to build scalable solutions that go beyond simple prompting, delivering structured workflows, automations, dashboards, and custom resources for both internal use and real estate professionals. Your work will directly impact how agents, clients, and team members leverage AI to improve efficiency and deliver value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and build AI-powered tools, platforms, and workflow systems for internal operations and real estate use cases
• Develop scalable AI solutions, including automations, apps, dashboards, and custom tools
• Collaborate with team members to enhance, test, and expand existing AI initiatives
• Create AI-based resources for real estate agents, such as guides, frameworks, templates, and interactive tools
• Rapidly iterate on prototypes and MVPs based on feedback and evolving needs
• Evaluate new AI tools, LLMs, and platforms to optimize operations and client/member experience
• Document workflows, tool logic, implementation steps, and user instructions for technical and non-technical audiences
• Productize internal AI outputs into polished resources for team, agents, clients, and members
• Troubleshoot issues across AI tools, automations, integrations, and platform workflows
• Provide proactive recommendations and adapt in a fast-moving AI environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI tools, systems, workflows, platforms, or technical solutions from scratch or near-scratch
• Experience creating educational or client/member-facing AI resources, such as guides, frameworks, templates, or interactive tools
• Hands-on experience using LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in building AI solutions
• Ability to build custom AI workflows that include automations and integrations beyond prompt-only usage
• Familiarity with real estate workflows and agent audiences/content operations
• Strong understanding of LLM-based system development workflows, including automation logic, integrations, and scalable tool design
• Professional English proficiency
• Legally able to work in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Honduras, or Venezuela as a contractor

• Experience working in fast-moving, experimental environments
• Strong documentation skills for translating technical workflows into clear guides and resources
• Experience creating educational resources for real estate professionals
• Self-directed with the ability to learn new platforms quickly with minimal guidance
