Overview
We are a recruiting firm partnering with a U.S.-based software company to hire a Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling experience focused on credit, risk, and underwriting.
This is a hands-on modeling role. You will be building and analyzing financial models used to evaluate credit risk, downside scenarios, and lending decisions.
Your work will contribute to training advanced AI systems to understand how experienced finance professionals assess risk, structure loans, and make underwriting decisions.
What You’ll Do
Build and analyze credit and underwriting models from scratch
Evaluate cash flow coverage, debt capacity, and downside risk scenarios
Model loan structures, repayment schedules, and covenant scenarios
Analyze borrower financials and assess creditworthiness
Perform sensitivity and stress testing (e.g., revenue declines, cost increases, rate changes)
Clearly explain risk drivers, assumptions, and decision logic
What We’re Looking For
2–8 years of experience in:
Credit / Lending / Underwriting
Commercial Banking
Structured Finance
Asset-Based Lending
Proven ability to build credit or underwriting models from scratch
Strong understanding of:
Cash flow analysis and debt servicing capacity
Coverage ratios (DSCR, interest coverage, etc.)
Loan structures and risk frameworks
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
High attention to detail and analytical rigor
Experience working with U.S. GAAP
Fluent English (written and spoken)
