Overview

We are a recruiting firm partnering with a U.S.-based software company to hire a Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling experience focused on marketing spend, customer acquisition, and funnel economics.

This is a hands-on modeling role. You will be building financial models that connect marketing investment to customer growth and revenue outcomes.

Your work will contribute to training advanced AI systems to understand how finance professionals model customer acquisition, conversion, and growth efficiency in real-world scenarios.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and analyze marketing spend and funnel models from scratch

  • Model customer acquisition funnels (impressions → clicks → leads → conversions)

  • Develop CAC, payback, and growth efficiency models

  • Translate conversion rates and channel assumptions into revenue outcomes

  • Analyze trade-offs between spend, growth, and profitability

  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, channel mix)

  • Clearly explain model structure, assumptions, and financial logic

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–8 years of experience in:

    • Strategic Finance / FP&A (growth-focused)

    • Corporate Finance (with marketing or growth modeling exposure)

    • Investment Banking / Private Equity (with operating model exposure)

  • Proven ability to build growth or marketing-driven financial models from scratch

  • Strong understanding of:

    • CAC and payback modeling

    • Funnel conversion dynamics

    • Growth vs profitability trade-offs

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills

  • High attention to detail and analytical rigor

  • Experience working with U.S. GAAP (preferred but not required)

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Interview Process

  • Initial interview

  • Take-home financial modeling exercise (compensated if hired)

  • Final interview

Why This Role Is Unique

  • Work on cutting-edge AI systems transforming financial workflows

  • Apply real-world finance skills in a new and evolving context

  • Flexible, remote, and asynchronous work structure
