Overview
We are a recruiting firm partnering with a U.S.-based software company to hire a Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling experience focused on investment analysis and valuation.
This is a hands-on modeling role. You will be actively building and analyzing financial models used in real-world investment decisions, including 3-statement models, DCFs, and transaction analysis.
Your work will contribute to training advanced AI systems to understand how experienced finance professionals evaluate investments and make capital allocation decisions.
What You’ll Do
Build and analyze 3-statement financial models from scratch
Perform DCF valuations, comparable company analysis, and transaction modeling (including M&A / merger models, accretion/dilution, and deal structuring)
Develop models for investment decisions, acquisitions, and capital allocation
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risk and return
Structure models clearly and logically for real-world decision-making
Explain financial assumptions, model structure, and outputs in a clear and structured way
What We’re Looking For
2–8 years of experience in:
Investment Banking
Private Equity / Venture Capital
Corporate Development
Corporate Finance (with strong modeling exposure)
Proven ability to build financial models from scratch (not just update or review)
Strong understanding of:
3-statement modeling
DCF valuation
Comparable company and transaction analysis
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
High attention to detail and analytical rigor
Experience working with U.S. GAAP
Fluent English (written and spoken)
