As a Sales Representative at CrewBloom, you will be an essential part of our sales team, responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach strategies, generating qualified leads that will contribute to our overall sales success.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to build a robust sales pipeline
Identify key decision-makers and develop strategies to engage them effectively
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to convert them into clients
Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and results in our CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and initiatives
Continuously learn about our products and services to confidently convey their value to prospects

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or commensurate experience is required
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Has B2B or B2C experience
Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging approach
Ability to research and identify potential clients and tailor outreach according to their needs
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while tracking progress
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

Internet Connection:

Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

Primary Device:

Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

Backup Device:

Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
Must be functional during power interruptions.

Peripherals and Workspace:

A functioning webcam.
A noise-canceling USB headset.
A quiet, dedicated home office space.
A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
