About the Role
Our People Operations team is growing — and we're looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of HR systems, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of HR technology and process projects, keeping complex initiatives on track and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
What you'll do
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects (e.g., HRIS implementations, system integrations, process automation)
Serve as the connective tissue between People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors — translating business needs into clear technical requirements
Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications
Partner with the People Operations and Systems team to manage configuration, testing, and rollout of new tools and workflows
Drive process documentation and change management efforts to ensure sustainable adoption across the org
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current HR operations and proactively propose solutions, leveraging process improvements, automation an AI solutions
What we're looking for
4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an HR or People Operations context
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Pro, Workday, or similar strongly preferred)
Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies
Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Excellent communication skills — you can translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences without losing nuance
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus
