Job Type: Part-Time \u007C Remote (U.S. Law Firm Support) About the Role We are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) with 1–2 years of experience supporting Personal Injury cases in a U.S.-based law firm environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple cases while providing excellent client service. The Case Manager will play a critical role in supporting attorneys by managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in both English and Spanish Conduct client intake and gather detailed case information Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates Manage cases from intake through settlement or resolution Request, track, and organize:
Medical records Medical bills Police reports Other relevant case documentation
Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation Maintain accurate, detailed case notes in the firm’s case management system Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items Maintain well-organized digital case files and ensure data accuracy Support a fast-paced legal environment while managing multiple active cases
Required Qualifications
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury law firm (any U.S. state) Strong client communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and strong follow-through Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced legal setting
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience working specifically with Personal Injury cases Familiarity with medical records and medical billing documentation Experience communicating with insurance companies and healthcare providers Experience using case management platforms such as:Clio, Filevine, Litify, Needles or similar legal case management systems
