CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Job Description The CFO leads all financial strategy, planning, and operations, ensuring sustainable growth and strong financial infrastructure to support global expansion. Responsibilities 1. Financial Strategy & Fundraising • Lead equity rounds and investor relations • Develop financial models and forecasts • Support investment decisions 1. Global Financial Operations • Manage international financial structure • Implement controls, reporting, and audits • Oversee tax strategy 1. Data & Performance • Provide financial insights and dashboards • Monitor KPIs such as burn rate and ROI • Manage P&L across business units 1. Stakeholder Management • Interface with investors and board • Lead financial reporting Skills • 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 5 years in a CFO or VP Finance role within luxury hospitality, real estate private equity, or high-growth tech. • Capital Markets: Proven track record of successfully closing $10M+ funding rounds and managing investor relations. • International Expertise: Experience managing global financial operations and complex cross-border tax/legal structures. • Education: CPA or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
