**Junior Staff Accountant ** 🌎 Open to candidates in Belize, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Kenya, Mexico & Peru 🕒 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST 📍 Remote About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support multiple clients with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. You will work closely with business owners and our CPA/CFO advisory team to deliver accurate financials that support smart decision-making. Responsibilities Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts Categorize transactions and maintain chart of accounts Record payroll entries and track payroll liabilities Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Support month-end and year-end close Assist with client reporting and financial system organization Track deadlines and open items using Karbon Communicate professionally with clients via email and portal Requirements 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, public, or outsourced accounting Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced English level (C1 – Fluent) Experience managing multiple clients High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with multi-entity or multi-state clients Experience with cleanup projects or system implementations Why Join Us Fully remote, stable role System-driven firm with long-term client relationships Collaborative, growth-oriented environment Competitive salary 📩 Please send your CV and a short introductory video in English to: martin.valente@solvoglobal.com   #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
