🚀 Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads Focus) 📍 Remote – LATAM \u007C 🕒 Full-time \u007C 🌎 International Team 🌟 About the Role We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a strong focus on Google Ads (especially Search) to join an international, performance-driven team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns that directly impact business results. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys combining data analysis with daily execution. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, contributing to growth strategies and ensuring campaigns consistently meet performance goals. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search-focused priority) • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates • Build and deliver clear, actionable performance reports • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to align on goals and strategy • Manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously • Identify optimization opportunities and run testing strategies (A/B testing, keyword optimization, etc.) • Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and measurement setup (Google Analytics, conversions, etc.) ✅ What We’re Looking For • +2 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns required) • Google Ads certification • Experience in client-facing roles • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns • Advanced English (written and spoken) ⭐ Nice to Have • Experience with Bing Ads / Microsoft Ads • Knowledge of Google Analytics or Search Console • Experience in agency or multi-client environments • Strategic mindset beyond execution 💼 What You’ll Get • 100% remote work (LATAM) • Full-time, contractor role • Opportunity to work in an international environment • Exposure to multiple industries and high-impact campaigns • Growth opportunities within the team 💬 Interested?
