Sr Graphic Designer (B2B Branding & Integrated Campaigns)

Location Remote – LATAM Employment Type Full-time Work Modality 100% Remote Async-friendly team with light overlap with U.S. working hours About the Role We are looking for a Senior Designer with a strong B2B background to join a growing international team. This role focuses on brand systems, integrated marketing campaigns, and high-quality visual execution in a fast-paced, agency-style environment. The ideal candidate is a system thinker, comfortable working across multiple channels and translating business and brand strategy into scalable, consistent visual solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, content, and product teams to deliver impactful B2B design work. Key Responsibilities • Design and evolve B2B brand systems, visual frameworks, and design guidelines • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels • Create campaign toolkits, key visuals, and assets for multi-channel execution • Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, strategy) • Translate business objectives and brand positioning into effective design solutions • Present and explain design decisions clearly to internal stakeholders and clients • Work efficiently in a remote, feedback-driven environment Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Designer or Senior Designer • Proven experience in B2B branding and marketing environments • Strong background in brand systems, visual identity, and design guidelines • Experience designing integrated campaigns (not only isolated assets) • Solid understanding of typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and composition • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating in English • English level: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2–C1) Nice to Have • Previous experience in agency environments • Experience working with SaaS, Tech, or B2B services • Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, WordPress) • Experience working with distributed or international teams • Interest or experience using AI tools to support design workflows What We Offer • Fully remote work from anywhere in LATAM • Stable, full-time position • Opportunity to work with an international client • Collaborative, design-driven team • Competitive salary aligned with experience • Career growth in a global environment   #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
