Build the admin layer for the AI era.
Front is already one of the most AI-native products in B2B communication. The job of the Enterprise Readiness pod is to build the identity, permissions, audit, and admin primitives that let the largest, most security-conscious companies deploy all of this with confidence.
You'll be the one shaping how IT admins manage software in the age of AI. SSO, SCIM, and RBAC were built for humans clicking buttons β they bend awkwardly around AI agents and automations, and every Enterprise customer is starting to notice. Front already ships AI in production, so this isn't a thought exercise: you'll decide what scoped access, auditability, and admin control look like for non-human actors, on a product people are already using.
As the PM for this pod, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the surface area that makes Front Enterprise-grade in the AI era: identity & access (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, granular permissions β including for non-human actors), security & compliance (audit logging for humans and AI actions, retention, DLP, SOC2/HIPAA-aligned controls), admin tooling at scale, and the APIs Enterprise customers use to integrate Front into their stack. You'll partner deeply with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Security, Partnerships, and the rest of Product to turn pipeline signal and IT/admin pain into durable platform primitives β not one-off deal features.
This is a brand-new pod, spinning up now because Enterprise readiness is a gating factor on a meaningful share of Front's upmarket pipeline. You'll shape scope, strategy, and success metrics from day one, with direct exec visibility.
What you'll be doing
Own the vision and roadmap for Front's Enterprise readiness surface β including how Front's AI features are governed, audited, and controlled by admins at scale.
Ship the primitives that unlock upmarket pipeline: identity & access, audit & compliance, admin-at-scale, and extensibility APIs.
Define what "admin controls for AI" means at Front β permissions for agents, auditability of AI actions, admin-grade observability into automations.
Turn deal signal, security-review post-mortems, and IT/admin customer insight into durable platform investments.
Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Security, Sales, SE, and Partnerships β influencing heavily without direct authority.
What we're looking for
5+ years of PM experience in high-growth B2B, with time spent shipping to an IT, admin, or security buyer.
Enterprise / platform judgment β you can tell the difference between a durable primitive and a point fix for a single deal, and you can defend that line.
Identity & security fluency β you've designed around SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, audit, and/or public APIs, and you can hold your own in a SOC2 or security-review conversation.
Opinions about AI in the admin/IT context β what's genuinely useful for admins vs. theater, how non-human identities should work, what auditability looks like when an AI took the action.
Systems thinking β permissions, audit, and admin-at-scale punish sloppy models; you catch second-order effects before they ship.
Rigor and polish β Enterprise customers and IT buyers notice when admin UX is sloppy; you don't let that happen on your watch.
Comfort with ambiguity β the pod is brand new; you'll shape it, not inherit it.
This role is hybrid, expected to come in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.
