Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will meet with clients through secure telehealth sessions and help them work through real concerns affecting their daily lives, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions.
This role gives you the space to focus on clinical care while working from home with a consistent weekday schedule. You will guide clients through treatment goals, provide practical support, and help them build healthier patterns they can use beyond each session.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
- Use evidence-based counseling methods based on each client’s needs
- Track client progress and adjust care plans when appropriate
- Maintain professional, ethical, and state-compliant clinical standards
Requirements
- Active LPCC license in New Mexico
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, private practice, or telehealth setting
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
- Strong documentation and communication skills
