AI Automation Engineer

VirtueStaff is looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to lead the transformation of our client's business operations. The core mission of this role is to analyze existing business workflows and re-engineer them using cutting-edge AI agents and automation sequences. You will leverage your background in software development and coding to build autonomous "AI agents" that replace manual processes, significantly increasing organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manual business operation workflows and design comprehensive AI-driven automation strategies to replace them
• Architect, code, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of handling complex business tasks
• Write and maintain high-quality code in JavaScript and Python to support sophisticated automation logic
• Utilize advanced AI coding tools, including OpenAI Codex and Claude Code to integrate various business systems into a seamless automated ecosystem
• Manage all codebases and automation scripts through GitHub, ensuring documentation is clear for future scaling

Requirements

• Extensive experience in JavaScript and Python
• Proven track record in building complex automation workflows and integrating AI-driven logic
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and related large language model (LLM) APIs.
• Strong background in professional software or automation development
• Experience within the Marketing Industry is highly ideal, specifically regarding how marketing operations can be automated
• Ability to map out business operations and identify the "logic" required to translate them into a digital agent
