RevOps Analyst
At Gratia, we believe potential is globally distributed, but opportunity is not. Our mission is to turn great talent's potential into fulfilling global careers through professional development and tech-enabled platforms. We bridge the gap between ambitious companies and hands-on experts who deliver real results instead of just theoretical plans.
Gratia is a remote-first, apprenticeship-based platform where opportunity is defined by what you can do and deliver. Our clients include global names like USA Today Co., Endeavor, and New York Life. We maintain an 88.2 Net Promoter Score because we focus on rigorous execution, not just high-level advice.

Duration: ~6 months (through end of 2026 + early Q1 2027)
Capacity: Full-time, 5 days per week
Location: Fully remote; distributed team across East/Central time zones with UK partners; no on-site requirements

Serve as a trusted partner and hands-on "do-er" to the VP of RevOps and Chief Customer Officer across multiple revenue-generating business units.
Execute core revenue operation activities during the 2027 budget and go-to-market planning cycle.
Support the integration of a transformative $80M+ acquisition and consolidate GTM teams across business units (target full integration by January 2027).

Partner cross-functionally with Finance/FP&A on KPIs, Marketing on demand generation, and Enterprise Systems on tool rationalization.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or strategy consulting within B2B SaaS, PE-backed environments, or scaled organizations (~$300M revenue).
Salesforce Power User: Ability to own CRM data integrity, perform basic administration, and troubleshoot legacy instances.
Super-user proficiency with Gong for forecasting and call intelligence.
Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets; foundational SQL capability; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Owner mentality with an "AI-first" bias, actively using AI tools to speed up analysis and build automations.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in multi-SFDC instance environments or post-acquisition system integration workflows.
Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Sugar CRM.
Background as a first RevOps hire or early-stage builder at a Series B/C company.
