We are seeking an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our creator partnership efforts across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing, creator relationships, community building, and performance driven growth. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing creator partnerships, executing influencer campaigns, overseeing affiliate programs, nurturing creator communities, and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and growth objectives.
- Source, vet, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across multiple platforms.
- Build and nurture a strong creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement and relationship management.
- Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting, and paid partnership campaigns.
- Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high performing content.
- Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue, and key growth metrics.
- Partner with internal teams including paid media, brand, lifecycle, and creative to maximize campaign impact.
- Maintain influencer databases, creator CRM systems, contracts, and reporting processes.
- Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and creator economy best practices.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or community management.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation through reporting and optimization.
- Strong understanding of creator platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
- Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, ShopMy, Impact, LTK, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
- Experience working with DTC, eCommerce, wellness, beauty, consumer products, or similar brands preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
