Lead PM- Analyst 

Madatory skills

• Experience leading SRA / PIA / DRP execution end-to-end

• Ability to triage and prioritize intake requests

• Experience owning POD-level or process-level delivery

• Strong risk management and dependency tracking skills

• Experience driving process adoption and continuous improvements

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Jira

  • Azure DevOps

  • Trello

  • Power Automate

• Basic knowledge of SAP

• Strong understanding of:

  • Scrum / Agile methodologies

  • Lean Six Sigma principles

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SRA, PIA, and DRP activities from initiation to completion

• Manage intake requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Own delivery execution for assigned PODs or operational processes

• Identify project risks, blockers, dependencies, and remediation plans

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution

• Drive process standardization, optimization, and adoption across teams

• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders

• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

• Maintain project tracking and reporting using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Trello

• Assist in automation and workflow improvement initiatives using Power Automate

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
