This role combines strategic account management with hands-on team leadership in a fast-growing SaaS environment focused on the travel industry. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients while also leading and developing a small team of Account Managers across the LATAM region. The position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders, helping align business goals with platform value. The role is highly dynamic, requiring strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. It offers the opportunity to shape team performance while directly influencing customer success and business expansion.


Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, driving consistent revenue growth and long-term account expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers, fostering performance, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex client and internal issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service across assigned accounts while guiding the team to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, customer experience, and operations to enhance client outcomes.
  • Analyze account performance, team KPIs, and revenue metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead team meetings, training sessions, and product enablement initiatives to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

    • 2–3+ years of experience in account management leadership or team lead roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
    • Proven track record of managing large client portfolios and consistently achieving revenue or performance targets.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal; Portuguese is a strong plus.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
    • Solid project management and organizational abilities in fast-paced environments.
    • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building capabilities.
    • Nice to have: experience in the travel industry or familiarity with travel SaaS platforms.
