In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of digital advertising campaign tracking across multiple channels and platforms. You will play a key part in setting up, validating, and troubleshooting ad tags that power performance measurement and reporting for global clients. Working in a fast-paced martech environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, and advertisers to guarantee seamless campaign execution and high-quality data capture. This position is highly hands-on and technical, requiring strong attention to detail and curiosity for how ad delivery systems work. Your work will directly impact the accuracy of campaign insights and business decisions. Accountabilities:

  • Set up, QA, and distribute digital ad tags for active advertising campaigns, ensuring correct implementation across platforms and channels.
  • Validate tag firing behavior, macros, and tracking logic before and during campaign launches to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Troubleshoot tagging, impression tracking, and delivery issues in collaboration with clients, agencies, and media partners.
  • Investigate discrepancies in impression and exposure data, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for tagging-related questions throughout campaign execution.
  • Document tagging requirements, technical issues, and resolutions to support transparency and process improvement.
  • Requirements:

    • 1+ year of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign tagging, or ad operations roles.
    • Hands-on experience creating, validating, and troubleshooting digital ad tags in live campaign environments.
    • Familiarity with ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager (CM360), and exposure to platforms like Trade Desk or Innovid.
    • Strong understanding of impression tracking, delivery mechanics, and common causes of data discrepancies.
    • Upper-intermediate to advanced English, with confidence in client-facing communication.
    • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
