Accountabilities:
- Draft legal documents and procedural filings of low, medium, and high complexity related to civil and consumer law matters.
- Manage procedural deadlines, monitor case progress, and coordinate hearing schedules to ensure timely legal actions.
- Maintain and update legal management systems with accurate case information and documentation.
- Prepare legal reports and perform case analyses to support risk classification, provisioning, and strategic decision-making.
- Participate in mediation processes and alternative dispute resolution initiatives when applicable.
- Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case management and consistent legal support across the portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Law with an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration.
- Proven experience in Civil Procedure and Consumer Law.
- Experience using legal case management systems and maintaining accurate procedural records.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare technical legal opinions and assess litigation risks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with legal technology tools.
