Agentic AI Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agentic AI Engineer based in Brazil.

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and develop advanced orchestration solutions that transform traditional automation into intelligent agent-driven interactions.
This role focuses on building scalable integrations between AI agents, enterprise systems, and modern data environments.
You will contribute to the evolution of internal automation capabilities by leveraging agent orchestration frameworks, MCP integrations, and LLM technologies.
The position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on engineering skills, and the ability to solve complex enterprise challenges.
You will collaborate with technical leaders and business stakeholders to create reliable, auditable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Accountabilities:

The Agentic AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving intelligent automation solutions that enable seamless communication between AI agents and enterprise applications. The role requires ownership of technical delivery, strong problem-solving capabilities, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Design and architect an agentic orchestration layer across existing enterprise applications.
• Develop, integrate, and test agent orchestration capabilities using Google-based agentic technologies.
• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors to enable communication and data exchange between AI agents and enterprise systems.
• Integrate LLM capabilities to support agent reasoning, decision-making, and interaction workflows.
• Build reliable, secure, and auditable agent interactions to replace traditional workflow-based automation.
• Collaborate with technical leaders and stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business objectives.
• Validate, troubleshoot, and optimize agent behaviors and orchestration flows in production-like environments.
• Support transition planning and migration from existing automation solutions toward an agentic AI model.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior AI engineer with proven experience designing agent-based solutions, enterprise integrations, and modern automation architectures.

• Specialist-level hands-on experience with Google Agentic Orchestration or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Practical experience with LLM integration for agent behavior, reasoning, and orchestration workflows.
• Understanding of cloud environments, including awareness of Azure-based architectures.
• Senior-level experience delivering complex orchestration, automation, or AI engineering projects.
• Experience replacing traditional workflow automation with intelligent agent-driven solutions.
• Strong debugging, testing, and validation skills for AI systems and integrations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Availability to work within the Eastern Time (ET) zone.
