Agile Coach

This role is focused on enabling enterprise-level Agile transformation by coaching already mature teams to reach higher levels of performance, collaboration, and delivery excellence. You will work closely with multiple squads and business units in complex environments, guiding them beyond basic Agile adoption into true continuous improvement and mindset evolution. The position is highly hands-on and centered on influencing behaviors, refining delivery practices, and strengthening Agile maturity at scale. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping teams remove impediments, improve flow, and align execution with strategic goals. Operating in a remote and dynamic setup, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed Agile principles deeply into organizational culture. Accountabilities
In this role, you will focus on elevating Agile maturity across enterprise teams by providing expert coaching, guidance, and facilitation rather than managing delivery. You will work with multiple squads to strengthen Agile adoption and improve performance outcomes through behavioral and process improvements.
- Coach mature Agile teams to enhance effectiveness, collaboration, and delivery performance across complex enterprise environments
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in Agile maturity and implementing targeted coaching interventions
- Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies while reinforcing Agile principles and best practices
- Work across multiple teams and business units to align Agile practices with organizational strategy
- Support long-term Agile transformation initiatives focused on mindset, culture, and sustainable delivery improvements
- Guide teams in resolving impediments and improving flow, predictability, and value delivery
- 8–10+ years of experience in Agile environments with significant enterprise coaching exposure
- 5+ years of experience coaching mature Agile teams beyond initial adoption stages
- Strong expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks applied in real-world delivery contexts
- Proven ability to improve Agile maturity and drive behavioral and organizational change
- Experience working across multiple teams and business units in complex organizational structures
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities in collaborative environments
- Experience in long-term Agile coaching engagements (2+ years preferred)
