AI Automations and Data Specialist

Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations using tools such as GPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, APIs, and modern SaaS platforms.
- Create scalable workflows that improve operations across Finance, HR, Sales, Client Success, and other business functions.
- Develop integrations between business applications using APIs and automation platforms to eliminate repetitive manual processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through intelligent automation and practical AI solutions.
- Own and maintain business intelligence systems, including production Power BI dashboards used for operational and leadership decision-making.
- Build, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines using Python, SQL, and DAX.
- Manage reporting infrastructure, including scheduled refreshes, gateway connections, database structures, and data models.
- Ensure data quality and governance by maintaining accuracy, consistency, validation processes, and documentation across business systems.
- Resolve data inconsistencies between financial, operational, payroll, and CRM platforms.
- Document workflows, systems, automations, and technical processes to support scalability and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver solutions that create measurable value.
- Support adoption of new tools and processes through clear documentation, training materials, and ongoing improvements.
- 3+ years of experience building business automations and data solutions, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboards, data modeling, DAX, and production reporting environments.
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation, automation, and analytics.
- Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar low-code/no-code tools.
- Practical experience applying AI platforms such as GPT or Claude to business workflows and automation use cases.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, structured tables, and connected workbooks.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS ecosystems.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear explanations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy and documentation.
- Ability to think in systems, processes, and scalable solutions while taking ownership of projects.
- Experience with relational databases, Supabase, financial software, accounting systems, or cloud business applications is a plus.
- Basic accounting knowledge, including understanding of General Ledger structures and Chart of Accounts, is considered an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
