AI Engineer

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, artificial intelligence, and agent-driven execution, where the main focus is not traditional coding but orchestrating intelligent systems to deliver real outcomes. You will act as a builder operating in an AI-native workflow, translating business needs into structured specifications that guide autonomous agents. Working with modern agentic tools, you will ensure that tasks are correctly executed, validated, and aligned with business expectations. The position requires strong judgment, clarity of thought, and the ability to operate in fast-evolving environments powered by AI systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to refine requirements and continuously improve delivery quality. Accountabilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications that serve as the foundation for AI-driven execution workflows.
• Select and activate appropriate agent skills from the available repository to support task execution.
• Guide AI agents using tools such as Antigravity or similar platforms to complete complex operational and technical tasks.
• Validate outputs to ensure correctness, business alignment, and adherence to expected quality standards.
• Identify and report gaps, inconsistencies, or unexpected behaviors to AI architecture and platform teams.
• Own delivery outcomes, ensuring continuous progress and maintaining execution cadence across tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine specifications before execution and ensure alignment with objectives.

Requirements:

• Ability to bridge business and technology, translating needs into structured and actionable logic.
• Experience with AI-native or agentic tools such as Antigravity, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms.
• Strong discipline in following structured workflows, especially spec-first execution approaches.
• Excellent judgment and critical thinking to evaluate outputs even without full technical visibility.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with both business stakeholders and AI systems.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments with continuous learning expectations.
• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and technical communication.

Nice to have:

• Background in software development, enabling better understanding of system behavior and output validation.
• Experience in product management, business analysis, or design roles.
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development methodologies.
• Understanding of Agent Skills frameworks and agent-based architectures.
