AI-Native Growth Marketer

This is a high-impact, performance-driven growth role designed for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of AI, experimentation, and enterprise demand generation. You will own the end-to-end growth and performance marketing engine, with a strong focus on generating high-quality enterprise leads rather than vanity metrics. The role blends growth marketing, product marketing, and automation, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will leverage AI tools and custom workflows to design, test, and scale campaigns across multiple paid channels. Operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment across Europe and Latin America, you will be expected to act autonomously, move quickly, and continuously optimize based on data. This role is ideal for someone who sees AI as a daily working partner and is eager to redefine how modern B2B growth is executed.

Accountabilities:

• Own and operate end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across channels, including setup, testing, optimization, and scaling using AI-powered workflows and automation tools.
• Drive enterprise lead generation as the core success metric, focusing on pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue impact rather than volume-based metrics.
• Design, test, and iterate growth hypotheses independently, ensuring every decision is backed by clear data and measurable outcomes.
• Translate product positioning into high-performing marketing and ad creatives that resonate with enterprise audiences.
• Build and maintain automated marketing workflows using APIs and platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn without relying on engineering support.
• Continuously track, analyze, and report on experiment performance to improve acquisition efficiency and campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align growth initiatives with broader business and product goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing with full ownership of campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and optimize B2B or enterprise leads with a focus on pipeline quality.
• Solid understanding of enterprise and B2B buyer journeys and decision-making processes.
• Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or agent-based workflows as part of daily operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments, interpret data, and translate insights into action.
• Ability to work independently in high-ownership, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Nice to have: experience with marketplaces, ABM strategies, or building no-code/low-code marketing automations.
