Accountabilities:

• Promote and expand the adoption of AI solutions across operational processes and internal workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders from multiple business areas to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and solve real operational challenges.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and design scalable AI-driven solutions while monitoring their impact on process quality and productivity.
• Manage and prioritize the internal AI initiatives backlog using structured prioritization frameworks to ensure focus on high-value projects.
• Coordinate expectations, timelines, scope, and resources with cross-functional leadership teams.
• Work closely with AI technical teams to validate feasibility, align business requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI governance, operational scalability, and automation strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing AI solutions, AI products, or technology-driven initiatives involving process transformation and roadmap planning.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, security considerations, and governance principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for diverse audiences.
• Strong negotiation and prioritization skills in fast-moving and high-demand environments.
• Experience working with experimentation cycles and prioritization methodologies such as ICE, RICE, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to structure and document business requirements clearly for technical teams.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or financial services environments is considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with discovery methodologies and AI/software architecture projects is a plus.
