AI Systems & Automation Architect

This role sits at the intersection of AI, systems engineering, and product innovation, focused on transforming internal operations into scalable, automated, and intelligent ecosystems. The professional will design and implement AI-driven workflows, advanced automation architectures, and structured project management systems that power agency operations. Working closely with leadership, this position plays a strategic role in shaping the transition from service delivery to product development. The environment is highly technical, fast-moving, and innovation-driven, requiring strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities. The role also involves building AI agents, integrating multiple tools and APIs, and continuously optimizing operational efficiency. Accountabilities:
- Design and develop AI-powered agents to automate internal workflows, operations, and service delivery processes.
- Build and maintain advanced ClickUp systems, including dashboards, templates, automations, and scalable project structures.
- Architect end-to-end automation frameworks integrating tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, APIs, and AI-based systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems and SaaS product concepts.
- Develop and iterate rapidly on prototypes using agile and experimental “build fast” approaches.
- Optimize workflows continuously to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across teams.
- Document systems, architectures, and processes to ensure scalability, knowledge sharing, and adoption.
- 3+ years of experience in automation, systems architecture, or technical operations roles.
- Advanced expertise in ClickUp, including complex workflow design and system architecture.
- Strong experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of APIs, AI tools, and agent-based systems (e.g., GPT-powered workflows).
- Experience or strong interest in SaaS product development and system-to-product transformation.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate abstract ideas into functional technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in digital marketing agency environments is a strong plus.
