This role is focused on driving the performance and growth of a major Amazon marketplace presence within a global e-commerce environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Seller and/or Vendor Central accounts while also shaping long-term commercial strategy. The position combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution across listings, advertising, inventory, and customer experience. You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven setting where decisions directly impact visibility, conversion, and revenue. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is key to ensuring operational excellence. Accountabilities
- Manage and optimize daily operations of Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central accounts, ensuring listings are accurate, compliant, and fully optimized for performance.
- Develop and continuously improve product content, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, and visual assets to maximize conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising strategies, including PPC campaigns, coupons, deals, and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics with warehouses or 3PL partners to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as sales, ACOS, ROAS, rankings, and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Manage customer experience on the platform by monitoring reviews, ratings, and resolving issues efficiently to protect brand reputation.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify pricing trends, category opportunities, and strategic growth levers.
- Support broader e-commerce initiatives across additional digital sales channels as needed.
- 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, or similar e-commerce marketplaces.
- Proven experience in Amazon PPC and digital advertising campaign management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis for performance tracking and reporting.
- Good understanding of listing optimization, SEO for Amazon, and conversion-driven content creation.
- Experience in consumer electronics or similar product categories is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good spoken English skills for daily communication in an international environment.
