The position involves hands-on work with data preparation, exploration, modeling, and visualization, contributing directly to the development of dashboards and analytical reports. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate analytical findings into clear and impactful recommendations. Accountabilities:

• Collect and integrate data from multiple sources, including databases and data collection tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data cleaning and preparation, removing duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that support business insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate findings in a clear and actionable way.
• Support data modeling efforts, contributing to the design of database structures aligned with analytical needs.
• Apply basic statistical techniques to analyze relationships between variables and validate business hypotheses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis outcomes.
• Continuously develop technical skills in SQL, Python, and data analytics tools to improve analytical capabilities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).
• Intermediate knowledge of databases, data structures, and relational/non-relational systems.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in SQL and familiarity with Python or R.
• Knowledge of data analysis concepts such as descriptive statistics, EDA, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate insights clearly.
