Analista DBA/ATG - Sênior

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Oracle DBA / ATG Analyst (Analista DBA/ATG - Sênior) in Brazil.

This role is focused on managing and evolving mission-critical Oracle database environments across on-premise and cloud infrastructures. You will work in highly available and high-performance systems supporting large-scale enterprise operations. The position involves both operational stability and strategic improvements, including automation, optimization, and modernization initiatives. You will be part of a dynamic technology environment with strong emphasis on reliability, security, and continuous improvement. The role also includes participation in complex projects such as migrations, cloud adoption, and disaster recovery planning. It is a highly technical position that requires strong troubleshooting capabilities and collaboration in incident and crisis scenarios. Accountabilities:

• Administer and support Oracle database environments on-premise and in cloud (OCI), including provisioning, patching, upgrades, backups, restores, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Ensure high availability and resilience through configuration and management of RAC, Data Guard, OGG, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting and monitoring tools to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor SLAs and operational indicators, proactively identifying and preventing system issues.
• Participate in infrastructure modernization, migration, and transformation projects across database environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident management, and support during critical production issues and crisis situations.
• Implement security best practices, including vulnerability analysis, hardening, and compliance enforcement.
• Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing large-scale, mission-critical Oracle database environments.
• Solid expertise with Oracle Database, Oracle Exadata, Oracle RAC, RMAN backup and recovery, and Oracle EBS.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate (OGG / OGG4BD) for data replication.
• Proven background in high availability, performance tuning, and production support.
• Experience with database automation, scripting, and monitoring tools.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and strong prioritization abilities.
• Advanced English is considered a plus.
