This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Regulatory Affairs Analyst (Analista de Assuntos Regulatórios Jr.) based in Brazil.
This is a detail-oriented regulatory role within a global and collaborative environment, focused on ensuring product compliance and supporting customers with accurate regulatory information. You will be responsible for handling regulatory requests, preparing technical documentation, and maintaining up-to-date compliance data across internal systems. The role involves close interaction with clients, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met with accuracy and efficiency. You will also contribute to maintaining databases and supporting documentation processes that ensure global regulatory alignment. Working in a structured yet dynamic environment, you will play an important part in supporting product safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple regions. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and passionate about regulatory compliance in a global context.
Accountabilities:
- Respond to regulatory requests from clients, including completing approval forms, questionnaires, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate technical and regulatory information related to products.
- Support commercial teams with regulatory requirements across regional and global markets.
- Monitor, track, and manage incoming regulatory requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and update regulatory records in internal databases and systems, including SAP.
- Assist in the creation and issuance of customer-facing regulatory and compliance documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all regulatory information shared with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and global teams to support regulatory processes and customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, Compliance, or related areas in chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
- Advanced or fluent English communication skills (essential for global interaction).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as REACH, TSCA, California Proposition 65, and FDA/BfR Food Contact standards (a plus).
- Experience handling regulatory questionnaires and customer compliance requests.
- Knowledge of product certifications such as Kosher and Halal is considered a differential.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
