Analista de BI Pleno

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives on transforming raw information into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. You will work closely with business teams to understand needs, define key indicators, and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting processes. The position involves developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, performing data extraction and analysis, and supporting business decision-making with clear, data-backed recommendations. You will also document processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics solutions. The environment promotes collaboration, adaptability, and ownership, allowing you to grow your technical expertise while impacting business outcomes directly. Travel to Porto Alegre may be required for project collaboration and cross-team interaction.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain managerial dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring clarity and usability.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities and generate strategic insights from datasets.
• Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements, define metrics, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Guarantee data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics processes.
• Document processes, business rules, and analytical solutions for future reference and scalability.
• Contribute to the evolution and optimization of analytics solutions within the organization.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Business Intelligence or related areas.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and building visualizations.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience developing dashboards and managerial reports.
• Soft skills: adaptability, collaboration, ownership mentality, and customer focus.
• Nice to have: experience with ETL or data engineering tools, knowledge of Databricks, Python or other analytical programming languages, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
