Accountabilities:

• Support senior consultants in delivering Executive Compensation and Rewards consulting projects from planning through execution.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate strategic insights and support client recommendations.
• Consolidate, clean, and analyze large datasets to produce meaningful reports, dashboards, and business indicators.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and client-facing materials with clear and data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct market research, compensation benchmarking, and industry analysis to support consulting engagements.
• Contribute to initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies applied to Human Resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project delivery, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Executive Compensation, Rewards, or HR-related data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and transforming data into strategic insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other data analysis or reporting tools.
• Interest in technology and AI applications within Human Resources and consulting environments.
• English or Spanish proficiency is considered a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in fast-paced environments.
