You will be responsible for building and optimizing CRM-driven communication flows that directly impact millions of students across Brazil. Working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will help design multichannel journeys that enhance engagement, retention, and conversion across different educational products. The environment is highly collaborative, combining marketing, data, and technology teams in a mission-driven context focused on accessibility and impact. This is a hands-on role where analytical thinking and technical execution come together to improve customer experience. You will also contribute to the continuous evolution of CRM practices in a fully remote and flexible setup.
Accountabilities:
- Implement and optimize automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring personalized communication strategies across different educational business units.
- Configure and manage multichannel orchestration (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push notifications) using Journey Builder.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of CRM campaigns and journeys, running A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement rates.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure Data Extensions are properly structured, maintained, and available for automation workflows.
- Support the organization and governance of the CRM platform, maintaining standardized naming conventions, folders, and segmentation structures.
- Translate business needs into logical and scalable automation flows using Contact Builder and Automation Studio.
- Around 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments and customization.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret dashboards, campaign results, and suggest performance improvements.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, translating marketing and business needs into technical CRM solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying Data Extensions is considered a strong plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
