As an Analista de Dados Pleno, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize project performance. Working in a collaborative and data-driven environment, you will be responsible for monitoring key metrics, building dashboards, and analyzing campaign and event results to identify opportunities for improvement. Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and strategic performance reports using Business Intelligence tools.
• Monitor and analyze project KPIs, ensuring stakeholders have accurate and up-to-date performance data.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, activations, and events by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Generate strategic insights that support business planning and data-driven decision-making.
• Track financial performance related to projects and marketing initiatives.
• Design and implement automations that improve reporting efficiency and streamline data analysis processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable business intelligence.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, business performance monitoring, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate valuable business insights.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Ability to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
