This role focuses on building and evolving advanced analytics solutions that directly support strategic decision-making in a data-driven environment. You will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful dashboards, metrics, and insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency. Working in a remote and flexible setup, you will contribute to the design, modeling, and governance of data structures using modern Microsoft analytics tools. The position requires strong technical expertise in BI development, as well as the ability to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across reporting layers. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust analytical solutions. This is a hands-on senior role with high impact on data reliability and decision-making processes.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing business intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Create and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports
• Work with Microsoft Fabric to build and maintain scalable analytics solutions
• Perform data modeling, transformation, and cleaning to ensure data readiness
• Develop queries and transformations using Power Query (M language)
• Build and maintain DAX measures for advanced analytical calculations
• Structure, standardize, and govern data to ensure consistency and quality
• Integrate data from multiple sources into unified analytical models
• Support users and ensure the stability of BI environments
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in BI processes and performance

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in data analytics, BI development, and modern Microsoft data stack tools, with a strong focus on Power BI and data modeling.

• Strong experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling and data transformation techniques
• Proficiency in Power Query (M language) for data processing
• Strong experience with DAX for building analytical measures
• Experience integrating and consolidating multiple data sources
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and standardization practices
• Ability to optimize performance and ensure data reliability
• Experience supporting business users and analytical environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote and demand-driven environment
• Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions
