You will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating analytical needs into scalable data solutions. Accountabilities

• Conduct advanced data analyses to generate insights that support strategic decisions across business, product, and operational areas.
• Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting solutions to ensure clear, consistent, and reliable data visualization.
• Partner with business and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across datasets, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop analytical models to support forecasting, segmentation, and opportunity identification.
• Contribute to the strengthening of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices and data literacy across teams.
• Collaborate on strategic projects by delivering analytical insights and data-backed recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools and generative AI agents to automate queries, accelerate analysis, and optimize repetitive analytical tasks.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in data analysis in complex environments, preferably in tech, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Apache Superset.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data governance best practices.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to support data analysis, automation, and productivity.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or autonomous agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex or similar).
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights and narratives.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Nice to have: experience in healthtech, Python or R, cloud/data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or data science/AI projects.
