This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Engenharia Jr | Gestão de Qualidade based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality-management systems across a large-scale sanitation operation.
You will help coordinate LIMS implementation between corporate teams, technology providers, and operational units.
The role combines technical analysis, project coordination, quality processes, data, and business support.
You will translate corporate guidelines into practical directions and help local teams adopt standardized processes.
The position also offers exposure to laboratory routines, water and wastewater treatment, BI, indicators, and operational performance.
You will work with autonomy while partnering closely with stakeholders and escalating strategic decisions when needed.
Frequent travel is an integral part of the role, particularly during critical implementation phases.

Accountabilities

• Coordinate the implementation of LIMS across operational units, acting as the interface between the system provider and local teams while monitoring technical alignment, milestones, and deadlines.

• Translate corporate guidelines into clear instructions for participating units and communicate implementation schedules for the assigned workstream.

• Address and resolve requests from operational units independently, escalating strategic matters when appropriate with a structured assessment of the situation.

• Support technical topics related to water and wastewater treatment, including chemical consumption at treatment plants and laboratory routines.

• Contribute to quality performance studies covering operational and laboratory activities.

• Support the development of BI solutions, performance indicators, dashboards, and other data-driven management tools.

• Develop a strong understanding of the corporate organizational structure and processes to ensure that local units receive accurate guidance.

• Travel frequently to operational locations, including trips of up to 15 consecutive days during critical project stages.

Requirements

• Higher education completed or in progress in Engineering or a related field.

• Previous experience with water and/or wastewater treatment operations, laboratory routines, and chemical consumption in treatment plants.

• Experience implementing corporate systems, with LIMS implementation experience particularly relevant.

• Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence and automation tools.

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and translate technical or corporate requirements into practical guidance.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently while recognizing when strategic decisions or escalation are required.

• Availability for frequent travel, including extended trips of up to 15 consecutive days during key project phases.

• Comfortable working collaboratively with corporate teams, technology providers, and operational units.
