This role is designed for a finance professional passionate about driving operational excellence and leading transformation initiatives in a fast-evolving fintech environment. You will play a key part in improving financial processes, enhancing efficiency, and enabling scalable solutions across the organization. Working at the intersection of finance, technology, and product, you will help shape and execute strategic transformation roadmaps. The position requires strong analytical thinking, leadership in cross-functional projects, and the ability to translate complex financial processes into actionable improvements. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams to implement new systems, tools, and workflows that support business growth. This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives in agile, collaborative, and innovation-driven environments.


Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the finance transformation roadmap, aligned with strategic business and finance priorities.
  • Lead and facilitate transformation and improvement projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Act as a bridge between Finance, Technology, and Product teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and collaboration.
  • Analyze existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems, tools, and workflows, ensuring adoption and performance tracking.
  • Manage and prioritize transformation backlogs, removing blockers and ensuring smooth delivery of initiatives.
  • Ensure financial and accounting processes comply with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of external partners, tools, and technologies that enhance financial operations.
  • Requirements:

    • Senior-level experience in project management, leading complex end-to-end initiatives, preferably in finance or technology environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including facilitation of ceremonies and practical application.
    • Solid understanding of financial and accounting processes, including flow design and operational structuring.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and propose effective solutions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
    • Strategic and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to understand business interdependencies.
    • Experience with financial systems and tools such as ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite).
    • Familiarity with financial products, payments, or credit-related operations is a plus.
    • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
