Accountabilities:

• Manage and monitor the P&L performance of business units, ensuring visibility into financial results and operational performance.
• Conduct monthly closing analyses, comparing actual results against forecasts and budget expectations.
• Analyze revenue, cost, and expense variations, identifying financial deviations, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and corporate teams to consolidate financial information and support strategic alignment across departments.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes with accurate and timely insights.
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and accuracy of financial data and reporting processes.
• Optimize and automate financial reports and workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to initiatives related to automation tools and AI applications within finance operations.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Management Reporting, or related financial analysis functions.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Proven experience managing P&L structures and conducting strategic financial analyses.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience with monthly closing routines and financial performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of process automation and interest in AI-driven applications within finance environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different business areas and organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus.
