This role is focused on leading and coordinating end-to-end service transition initiatives within complex, global transformation environments. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery from planning through stabilization, managing multiple workstreams such as PMO, change management, technology readiness, and knowledge transfer. The position requires strong governance capabilities, risk and dependency management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across local and international stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring operational readiness, including infrastructure, access, applications, and user acceptance testing. Acting as a central point of contact, you will facilitate communication between clients and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end service transition processes, ensuring governance, readiness, and successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Lead and coordinate small-scale service transition initiatives from planning through post-go-live stabilization
• Manage key deliverables across PMO, people enablement, technology readiness, and knowledge transfer activities
• Support due diligence processes, governance routines, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies) management
• Plan and track staffing, recruitment support, training, and change management initiatives
• Ensure full operational and technical readiness, including infrastructure, system access, applications, and UAT execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and cross-functional teams across global and local environments
• Monitor project progress, ensure alignment with timelines, and support issue resolution throughout delivery cycles

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced project professional with strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder management skills in complex transformation environments.

• Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory)
• Advanced English proficiency and intermediate Spanish skills
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and analysis
• Strong understanding of project management, service transition, and governance frameworks
• Knowledge or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Willingness and availability for business travel when required
