This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Negócios based in Brazil.

Accountabilities:

As an Analista de Negócios, you will support the delivery of business solutions by analyzing contracts, configuring systems, managing data, and collaborating with clients throughout implementation and operational processes.

• Interpret partner contracts to identify requirements and configure appropriate rules within business systems.
• Organize contract information, create business rule tables, and register configurations accurately in the system.
• Perform data analysis and processing activities to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Create reports, documentation, and process materials to ensure clarity and traceability of information.
• Collaborate directly with clients by providing training sessions, technical support, and implementation follow-up.
• Conduct assisted operations, present results, and provide consulting support related to business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across system configurations and client-facing activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand business processes and translate them into effective system solutions.

• Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Business, Administration, Technology, Healthcare Management, Law, or related fields.
• Ability to work remotely with a suitable home office environment.
• Knowledge of office productivity tools, especially Microsoft Office or similar solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex information.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand contracts and business rules.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Previous experience with healthcare processes, management systems, or contract administration is a plus.
• Experience with configuration of healthcare management systems is desirable.
• Background or academic experience in Law is considered an advantage.
